# Lions Council

At the heart of our project, [The Council of Lions](https://daodao.zone/dao/stars108dmwfmw6ahlpv7zsrg6n72f43803xlcz8knnrzudwdf5rf3p75s9uk284/home) plays a pivotal role. This DAO is dedicated to managing the collective fund, steering strategic investment and operational decisions to maximize benefits for all members.

* **🗳️ Participative Governance:** To take part in decisions, members must stake their Lions. Each staked Lion represents one vote in our project's governance, ensuring every member has a say in our shared future.
* **💰 Exclusive Returns:** Only Lions staked in the DAO receive the monthly returns generated from our fund. This not only encourages community engagement but also enhances the collective value.
* **📜 Governance Proposal Process:**

  * **Submission:** Stakers can submit their governance proposals on our Discord server via the #submission-of-proposals channel. [Join us on Discord](https://discord.gg/g88Qxknz8m).
  * **Discussion:** Proposals are then discussed in the same channel, allowing each member to contribute and refine ideas, aiming to create consensus.
  * **Voting:** Proposals that reach a consensus are put online and submitted to the council for a vote on their execution.
