How are the powers of each NFT defined ?


🕯️ 1. Introduction

Underworld Necropolis artifacts are cursed relics that can be equipped on Lions in the PixYield arenas. Each artifact is unique and possesses several visual traits — but these traits are not just decorative :

They completely determine the artifact's magical power, its mana cost, the strength of its attack, and the nature of its effects.

In combat, using an artifact is equivalent to casting a direct attack spell, accompanied by one or more secondary effects influenced by its characteristics.


⚙️ 2. The 6 Founding Traits of Power

🧿 Eyes

Determine the percentage of the attacker's damage that will remain as residual damage in the secondary effects.

The more powerful the eyes are, the higher the percentage of damage inflicted that the effects (poison, burn, bleed, etc.) inherit.

💎 Jewels

Determine the mana cost of the ability.

Rare or cosmic jewels provide better energy channeling, and therefore a reduced mana cost.

🩸 Markings

Determine the strength of the direct attack by the power.

The more mystical or ancient the markings are, the higher the percentage of ATK that the main attack inflicts.

☠️ Special

Determine the numerical value of the applied effects' power.

A strong Special attack increases the intensity of the effects (poison, burn, buff, etc.).

🦷 Teeth

Determine the probability factor for activating the effects.

The fewer teeth there are, the higher the probability that the effect will be triggered.

💨 Smoker

Determine the number of turns during which the effects remain active.

A dense smoke screen extends the duration of the effects (2 to 6 turns).


⚔️ 3. Composition of a Power

Each artifact combines :

  • A direct attack

  • One or more secondary effects

  • Parameters for mana, chance, duration, and power

The result is a unique power, dynamically calculated according to the NFT's attributes.
